One of my biggest assets is my big mouth. I love to express myself whenever

I can, wherever I can, and however I can. I express myself though the strong

sweeping from the bow of my violin, brushing the strings fervently as I tell a

story of joy or sorrow. The quick dashes of my pen also provide a method of

expression, whether it is weaving a tale or writing a piece of verse that is

very terse. Always eager for conversation and often finding my hand suspended in

the air during class, especially if the question is asking for my opinion on a

certain issue, I find myself talking frequently if I am not writing another

chapter for my story, gliding along the ice rink in vain attempts to defy

gravity, or practicing the techniques for the violin, augmenting my raw emotion

with discipline.

English strikes me as a very intriguing language; although it does not

possess the grammatical consistency of Latin, nor the dramatic finesse of Greek,

people still value the Germanic language highly. English finds itself in many

interesting stories, such as Lord of the Rings, plays such as Othello, and

speeches such as those given by the inspirational Winston Churchill. I wish to

study English not only to improve my rhetoric and my writing, but also help me

better understand the world; I hope to improve my analysis and communication

skills. Harbouring a passion for literature and poetry, I express a major

interest in the opinions of those who have lived in the past. Also, I enjoy

reading a story as much as telling one, fascinated by what goes through the mind

of an author.

My reasons for studying in the United Kingdom is because the country has a

unique history and culture. In addition to being home to great thinkers such as

William Shakespeare and Adam Smith, Britain offers a great environment for

studying, whether it is the beautiful medieval countryside of St. Andrews, or

the diverse urban complex of London. Also housing students from several hundred

different countries, the United Kingdom also offers me an opportunity to meet

people I have only heard about, and even people I never thought existed.

I plan on graduating from University an enlightened scholar, whose mind is

free from the chains of ignorance. My ultimate wish is to work with the United

Nations, hoping to close the unnecessary divide that has caused humankind to

fight, cheat, and destroy itself. By studying the works of the past, I will

attempt to learn the mistakes of the past, and help the world avert the

repetition of history that humans often fall into. My brief time in the El

Camino Youth Symphony, my participation in the U.S. Junior Figure Skating

Championships, or my time as a Freshman Transition leader will not amount to

anything if I grow up to become a hedonistic individual and become part of the

greed and hatred that is plaguing our world today.

Studying in the United Kingdom is not only an excuse to tour another

country, but it is an enlightening adventure that will help me find my purpose

in this world and become the best I can be. There is so much that my so- called

"open mind" has yet to know, and I will seek out that hidden, untapped knowledge

that my voracious brain has been hungering for.

What would life be without technology? In this world that we live in it is

impossible to be fully efficient in a business society without having grasp

knowledge of information and communications technology. Information technology

ever changing in our business society and I desire to be a part of this changing

process. Through out years of studying Information Technology I have grown to

like the subject. Although, part of the course is somewhat demanding, the

further involvement in the course is what has drawn me most to the course. My

utmost belief is that a combination of both courses would enlighten and engage

me through out my degree course. In my years of studying information and

communication technology I have used softwares like Macromedia Flash and

Macromedia Dreamweaver to create websites and also the use of Microsoft Access

to arrange data bases for businesses as my coursework. Both Business and

Information and Communications Technology are subjects I am totally in love with

and testimony to this fact is the AS Award for Information and Communications

Technology I received in the recent past. I have also excelled greatly in

Business Studies both in GCSE level and AS level and hope to excel further in

years to come at your university. The world has had a rapid grown in global

markets through automation and e-commerce and this can be linked with

Information Technology and the web with the ultimate goal of being more

efficient in the rapidly growing global market. All these have provided me with

inspiration to be involved in a world where new technology is being

developed.

On a lighter note, I work in my school as a lunch time supervisor every

lunch time for the past two years. This job has taught me what commitment, hard

work and time management is all about as I have managed to blend both my

academics and my job together and still be prompt in submitting in work and

preparing for exams and excelling in them. I thrive in situations where I have

to work under pressure as it makes me alert and spurs me in doing even greater

things. My further sense of responsibility comes from my post as been

Sanderson's events captain for my school. This has given me the opportunity to

be in control and create events for the house as well as feel as part of a

team.

Other aspects of life that interests me out of school are charitable works.

I have seen first hand, the misfortune of people being born into the poverty

trap and the human rights violations that ordinary people like us have to face

because of the misfortune of being born into one of the poorest countries and

continents on earth. This has made me more aware than other teenagers of the

less privileged and handicapped in every society I live and always eager to

render my help and support in any way I can. This has led me to volunteer at the

Little Monkey's Toddler group in Shaftesbury every week. In addition to that

every Friday, I go to a neighbouring disabled children's primary school to help

the teachers out with their sporting activities. Furthermore I am a member of

the global student forum in which our aim is to see changes in our society by

using our initiative to make the world a better place.

Sometimes I see my self at the top floor of a business institution looking

down at the works of my hands and I feel a sense of achievement, fulfilment,

accomplishment and triumph all at the same time. In faith, this dream would be

completed through hard work and commitment inside an Information technology and

business degree for the next four years. A wise man once told me that there are

二、会计硕士

备注：加拿大会计硕士的学校只有4所，可选择性非常少。布鲁克和温莎大学的会计硕士不需要GMAT成绩(国际班)。有部分学生会申请UBC的会计研究生证书课程，因为课程非常的实用。

三、无需GMAT成绩可以申请的管理硕士

入学要求：

GPA：75%-80%以上

无需GMAT成绩

加拿大研究生留学条件和要求主要分为4个部分：大学成绩、英语水平、工作和实习经历、个人陈述。

1、大学成绩

一般大学的成绩分为四个档次，1、大学平均成绩75%以下，很难申请到加拿大的研究生;2、大学平均成绩在75%到80%，可以申请到加拿大一般的大学的研究生;3、大学成绩在80%-85%，可以申请到加拿大较好的大学;4、大学平均成绩在85%以上，加拿大所有的大学基本上都可以申请。

2、照片：1张近六个月相片，大小：35毫米X45毫米。

3、身份证：身份证请用A4纸复印正反两面1份。

4、户口本：本人户口本原件。

5、若18岁以下者：

下列申请人需要来自父母及加拿大监护人的监护声明：

18岁以下且就读学校位于阿尔伯塔省、曼尼托巴省、安大略省、爱德华王子岛省、魁北克省或萨斯喀彻温省;或19岁以下且就读学校位于不列颠哥伦比亚省、纽布朗斯维克省、纽芬兰省、新斯科省、西北领地、努纳武特地区或育空省。

6、加拿大学校录取通知书：加拿大学校录取/登记办公室的录取通知书复印件，显示申请人需要的准确学费金额、预期的学习起止时间及申请人最迟的可注册时间。且入学时间并未过期。

7、魁北克省学习：若计划在魁北克省学习，递交一份有效的魁北克省接受函(CAQ)

8、体验报告：由指定体检医师提供的体检表格副本(如果体检已完成)。

9、高中公证：高中毕业证书的公证件，以及高中登记办公室加盖公章的成绩单公证件。如高中在读，请提供在读证明公证件及成绩单公证件。在读证明需用学校正式信头纸打印，需包含以下信息：申请人姓名、就读年级、学校的地址、联系方式，加盖学校公章。

10、证件公证：所有毕业证书的公证件，资格证公证(如有)。

11、大学证书公证：曾经获得的所有大学或学院学历的公证件，以及所有就读中的课程成绩单。如果仍未毕业，请注明预计毕业日期以及其将获得何种学位、学历或证书。

12、无犯罪证明：无犯罪证明的公证件。申请人年满18岁后，若在中国以外某国家或地区曾连续居住六个月或以上、均必须从此国/地区获取警方无犯罪记录证明。

13、学习计划：学习许可指南中提及的学习计划书。

14、学费证明：提供显示已经支付年学费的证明，或提供现有资金可支付年学费的存款证明。

15、亲属关系公证：如由父母提供资金，建议提供亲属关系公证书。

16、出资人经济证明：

(1)收入证明请用工作单位正式信头纸打印，公司负责人签字并盖公章，并明确日期及如下信息：姓名、职务、入职时间、最近两年的收入、有无任何奖金和额外收入。

(2)近半年到1年内工资流水账单。

(3)父母税单地方税务机关出具的最近十二个月中，父母各自个人收入所得税的缴税单原件，包含缴税人姓名及其名下所缴纳的金额。

17、如果父/母一方或双方拥有或部分拥有某公司，请递交：

(1)营业执照公证件。

(2)近期的缴税单据。

(3)公司上一个财务年度的财务审计报表和验资报告。

18、资金证明：

反映至少十二个月资金累积历史的资金证明：

(1)最近两个月内开具的银行存款证明原件，建议冻结3个月(覆盖签证审核期即可);

(2)存款相对应的存折或存单。如果是卡则打印近半年内的流水账单。

19、辅助资产：

(1)股票、基金交易记录等理财证明;

(2)房产证、机动车登记证等固定资产证明。

20、家庭资金来源的书面说明：

写一封说明信，写明家庭收入来源于哪些。如：工资、股票基金等投资、商业交易、房地产交易或租赁;另外如果相关的证明文件也可附于申请中。

21、如果申请人在职：

雇佣证明信原件，包含雇主的全称、地址和电话;申请人在该处就业年限、职务、最近两年的收入、有无任何奖金和额外收入。

22、填写相关申请表。

(注：所有中文的材料必须附有英文或者法文的翻译件。对于那些计划去加拿大留学的学生来说。)

由于加拿大的高等教育以公立为主，没有大财团的支持，所以，加拿大奖学金申请起来较为困难。加拿大大学给予本科生奖学金的机会较少，硕士和博士奖学金机会较多。据悉，研究生可以获得助教、助研津贴，博士绝大部分是全奖。

奖学金的发放一般只有一个学年，如果申请者在校表现优异，可以进行奖学金的延长，一般来说，读硕士可延长1年，读博士可延长1至3年，但若1年后成绩平平，或不想继续攻读的同学，奖学金就不予延长。助教或助研津贴一般也有时间限制，为了给刚来加拿大留学的新生们提供更多机会，往往鼓励原持有此项津贴的人让位，不予延长。

1、审理程序调整为两步走

加拿大在今年开始了临时的两步走这种审理程序，这主要的目的是帮那些还没办法提交学习许可的学生。只要学生能通过初步的审核，那么就能得到在线通知，这就是这是第一步。之后，若是所有的资格都满足，体检也通过之后就能得到最终的批准。这样的审理程序对于那些将要在秋季或者是之后的申请学生都是适用的。

2、得到学签也不一定能得到批准

当学生得到“第一步”的批准后，很多学生要是能够满足了这些资格，都是能得到学习许可的。但这不是说他们最终就一定可以被批准到加拿大去学校的。而它的影响因素很多，比如签证没有得到最终批准或者是有旅行限制之类的。

3、若是免于旅行限制，在出行前还得要证明

如果学生已经得到了学习许可，那么这些学生就不会有旅行限制，但在出行之前他们还得证明自己去加拿大就读是必要的，比如说自己的学习项目只能够在加拿大这里完成，也没有办法在海外通过在线方式来学习。

4、就读在线课程最多50%

已经得到学习许可，而且计划在春季，夏季等等这些时间开学的，若是因为自己有旅行限制而没有办法到达加拿大的，可以采取在线课程的方式，而且能够就读大约50%的课程内容，这写线上的课程对于学生们之后的工作许可申请资质并不影响，而且已经在加拿大的学生，也能申请延期。

5、纸质申请目前不接受

如果是访问签证还在是学习许可之类的纸质申请，目前加拿大是仍不接受的。但IRCC现在还是将尽可能对于学生的在线提交进行审理，好让需要留学的学生能够后尽快的出行。

6、大部分的申请中心(_)已经可以采集生物信息

在签证中心的网页上，学生们能查的到哪家离自己的所在地区是最近的，这样学生就能尽快的去预约。之后需要提供自己的生物信息等等，也就是要确保IRCC已经得到自己在申请中比较关键的信息。

申请学校还需要缴纳一笔申请费，因为学校审核材料需要花费时间和精力，申请费的价格不贵，不过不同的学校和专业申请费是不同的，一般是几十到几百加币不等，申请的学校数量越多，申请费越贵。在递交的院校申请之后，还需要将申请材料邮寄给学校，用EMS是最保险和安全的方式，一份的价格是200元左右，开支还需与乘以申请学校的数量。

三、签证申请费用

在获取来自学校的录取通知书之后，就可以准备办理签证了，加拿大的留学签证需要准备两笔费用。一份是签证申请费，另一份是体检费，递交的签证申请材料中，体检证明是非常重要的一项，必须在大使馆规定的医院进行项目体检，体检费大概需要1000元左右。签证申请标准收费是1085元人民币，是需要和签证申请材料一起递交的。

The spectre of global terrorism is prevalent. Fundamental civil liberties

are under threat, not only by those who seek to destroy our society, but also by

those who have been charged with the task of safeguarding it. We are possibly

entering a period of momentous constitutional change and legislative upheaval.

Therefore, it seems to me that the 21st century looks set to be both an exciting

and crucial time in which to embark upon legal study.

My desire to study Law stems from a growing fascination with World events,

as well as with the minutiae of our day-to-day existence. As Helena Kennedy QC

states 'The Law is the bedrock of a nation; it tells us who we are, what we

value, who has power, and who hasn't. Almost nothing has more impact on our

lives,' ('Just Law', 20_): this, I believe, defines the importance of Law. I am

stimulated by present-day ethical considerations which may impact upon the legal

framework of this country: Everyday Law (Aviva Golden, 2000), for example,

stipulates that marital union may take place only between two, consenting adults

of the opposite sex; yet, when marriage harbours civil as well as religious

implications, is it right to discriminate? How is it possible for one to

reliably arbitrate the point at which abortion should be deemed illegal? Both

are among issues which I find to be perplexing and fascinating in equal measure.

I am interested also in the fundamental components of legal practise; the

exposition of complex drafts (such as marriage or business contracts), being

something which I feel would be facilitated by a firm and comprehensive grasp of

the English language. I would say, in addition, that I am a confident and

articulate public speaker - exemplified by my participation in the 2004 House

debating team - and one who regularly takes pleasure in assuming the role of

'Devil's Advocate' for the purpose of arguing controversial points of view,

irrespective of personal bias.

My work experience with the Crown Prosecution Service in Gloucester really

fired and reinforced my enthusiasm for a career in Law. I had the opportunity to

shadow administrators, solicitors and office clerks, observing critical

procedures at every level: from case-work and preparation, all the way through

to the excitement of litigation in the Crown Courts. This enabled me to lay to

rest any sensationalised preconceptions (such as those arising from TV

dramatisations) in favour of a more rounded insight into the legal field; backed

up, of course, with Brian Heap's 'The Way In', and Philip Kenny's 'Studying Law'

- both of which have provided valuable insights. It has also invested me with

some notion of what to expect from the very wide range of career opportunities

currently available within the legal domain.

With respect to my extra-curricular life, I work as a sales assistant for

Maltby Books in Cheltenham. I am also the recent recipient of a Millennium

Volunteers Award of Excellence for having contributed 200 hours to my local

community - to whit, the Pate's School Library, and Cheltenham Children's

Theatre Association. As regards the latter, I am currently director, secretary

and Committee member of three years' standing, in addition to having acted lead

roles in several Summer productions. I also played the part of Richard Greatham

in a recent Pate's 6th form production of No?l Coward's 'Hay Fever'. All these

activities have demanded a significant degree of sustained commitment, integrity

and competence; in addition, they have afforded me the opportunity to develop

administrative skills, computer literacy, and the ability to communicate ideas

to people under a variety of circumstances. I would say that I have acquired

valuable skills and experience as a result of these ventures; qualities which I

hope would contribute significantly to a promising career studying Law at

要点一：突出重点，主线明确

在申请加拿大硕士留学过程中，导师会通过个人陈述，了解申请者的大致信息。因此，个人陈述中，语言表达要清楚，结构简单，衔接紧密，主线明确。另外，申请者还要将自己喜不喜欢这个专业、喜欢到什么程度、对未来有什么设想都表达清楚。个人陈述不要过长，600—800英文单词就好。而且，还要精心安排和其它文件的关系。

2、加拿大留学文书之个人简历

个人简历是为了突出申请者的工作背景以及研究背景，因此，要简明扼要，突出重点。加拿大研究生院导师在面试留学生时，对于申请者的研究方向、研究能力等都非常看重，因此，申请者应该重点突出这些方面。
